Three children from the Chepang family in Kulbang, Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality-1, Chitwan, have died after falling critically ill from eating wild mushrooms. The children, aged nine, eleven, and thirteen, consumed the mushrooms collected from a local forest, leading to severe illness. While the parents survived, two children died during treatment and one at Bharatpur Hospital.
