Kathmandu Youth Arrested for Threatening Dailekh Ward Secretary

A 22-year-old man, Prakash Khadka, has been arrested in Kathmandu for allegedly threatening a ward secretary in Dailekh while misusing the name of the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. Khadka is accused of using offensive language towards Kamal Bhandari, ward secretary of Dullu Municipality-13, after an audio recording of the incident spread on social media. The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has taken the matter seriously and instructed legal action.
