Newly appointed Chief Justice of Nepal, Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, took the oath of office and secrecy before President Ram Chandra Paudel at Sheetal Niwas. Dr. Sharma was unanimously endorsed by the Parliamentary Hearing Committee and formally appointed by the President as the 33rd Chief Justice. The ceremony was attended by several high-ranking state officials.
