CIAA files case against three for contradictory testimony in bribery case

The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case at the Special Court against Pralhad Gautam, Biplav Pokhrel, and Rajesh Shrestha for giving contradictory and false statements as government witnesses in a bribery case. The CIAA alleges that the trio provided inconsistent testimonies during the investigation and court proceedings. The commission is also seeking the recovery of alleged bribe amounts from each of them.
