Notice issued to remove encroachments in Bus Park area of Pokhara

The Pokhara Valley Municipal Development Committee has issued a notice for the removal of illegal constructions, including shops, in the Pokhara Bus Park area within 15 days. Encroachments in the Seti River area and other designated zones must be cleared, or action will be taken to remove them and recover costs. Landowners are required to submit documents within seven days. This follows a previous notice issued by Pokhara Metropolis- 9, as the committee prepares to construct a modern bus park on the encroached land.
