Two die in Palpa after consuming wild mushrooms; others fall ill

Two women in Palpa district have died after consuming wild mushrooms collected from a nearby forest. Binimaya Kamu Magar, 66, and Balkumari Khamcha, 35, died during treatment at Mission Hospital in Tansen after experiencing severe vomiting and diarrhea. Another woman remains in critical condition, and 12 others have fallen ill from consuming poisonous mushrooms in the area.
