The Department of Food Technology and Quality Control has issued an immediate market recall for a specific batch of Dabur Honey produced by Dabur Nepal after laboratory testing revealed it failed to meet national food quality and safety parameters. The recalled batch was found to contain 50 milligrams of Hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) per kilogram, exceeding the mandated limit of 40 milligrams per kilogram.
