Notice issued to remove encroachments in Bus Park area of Pokhara

The Pokhara Valley Municipal Development Committee (PVMDC) has issued a 15-day notice for the removal of constructions, including shops, encroaching on the Pokhara Bus Park area and the Seti River banks. Failure to comply will result in the committee removing the structures and recovering costs. Landowners are also required to submit ownership documents within seven days. This follows a similar notice issued by Pokhara Metropolis-9 on April 17.
