Two killed in road accident

Two people died in a road accident on the Rudrabeni-Purtighat road section under the Kaligandaki Corridor on Sunday night. The deceased, identified as motorcycle rider Laxman Thapa and Girman Singh Rana, were traveling from Rudrabeni when their motorcycle fell about three meters off the road. Both succumbed to their injuries at the Primary Health Center, Ridi, and their bodies have been sent for an autopsy.
