Floods and landslides triggered by recent rainfall have caused road blockages in several parts of the country, including the Mid-Hill Highway and the Hilsa-Simkot road section in Humla. Landslides have completely obstructed sections of the Mid-Hill Highway in Panchthar, while floods washed away a bridge in Yangwarak. Vehicular movement is also halted on the Hilsa-Simkot road due to ongoing construction and safety concerns. Restrictions on night-time travel remain in place along the BP Highway in Kavre-Sindhuli.
