Shovakanta Poudel has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Nepal Bank Limited. He took the oath of office and secrecy administered by the Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Prof. Dr. Bishwambher Shrestha. The position became vacant after the resignations of former chairman Prof. Dr. Dilli Raj Sharma and Ministry of Finance representative Maya Acharya.
