Koshi Province Spends 36% of Budget in 10 Months

Koshi Province has managed to spend only about 36 percent of its total budget in the first 10 months of the current fiscal year 2082/83, with 63.71 percent of the budget remaining to be spent in the final two months. Capital expenditure, crucial for development, shows an even slower pace, with over Rs 11 billion needing to be spent in the remaining period. While revenue collection has seen some improvement, the slow spending raises concerns about 'Ashare' development.
