The Ministry of Home Affairs has urged citizens in Humla and Bajura districts to exercise restraint following an incident in the border area. A high-level investigation team, led by a Senior Superintendent of Police, has been formed to probe the event and submit a report, while additional security forces have been deployed to maintain peace and order.

The government has established a technical committee to study the border dispute between Bajura and Humla districts. The committee, chaired by Minister Pratibha Rawal and led by Sushil Dangol of the Survey Department, will investigate the technical aspects of the boundary issue.

She was referred to Karnali Provincial Hospital in Surkhet for critical care after her condition worsened at Kolti Basic Hospital. The rescue was coordinated with the Ministry of Women and Children under a government program for emergency health services in remote areas.
