Birgunj Customs Office has collected Rs 199.40 billion in revenue in the first 10 months of the current fiscal year, achieving 89.35 percent of the Rs 223.18 billion target set by the Department of Customs. Revenue collection is considered satisfactory, with petroleum imports, vehicles, and automobile parts being the primary sources. The office has an annual revenue target of Rs 273.39 billion for the fiscal year and anticipates further growth in the remaining two months.
