Money laundering case against Rabi Lamichhane and other defendants dropped

The Kaski District Court has ordered the arrest of Rastriya Swatantra Party President Rabi Lamichhane on charges of money laundering and organized crime. The court also ordered the government to return the money laundering and organized crime charges against GB Rai and Chhabilal Joshi. The case of cooperative fraud against all three has been withdrawn.
