Major Highways Blocked Across Nepal Due to Rain, Landslides

Continuous rain, floods, and landslides have caused blockades on major highways across Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces in Nepal. Transportation services are fully or partially affected on various road sections, including the Mid-Hilly Highway and Koshi Highway, due to landslides and floods. Vehicular movement has also been halted on the BP Highway section in Kavrepalanchok District due to flood risks, and several roads in Humla district are blocked. Efforts are underway to clear the roads.
