Two Youths Cultivate Acabare Chili on 30 Ropanis of Barren Land in Syangja

Two youths in Syangja have started commercial Acabare chili cultivation on about 30 ropanis of barren land in Sircot Pipladanda of Bhirkot Municipality-9. Farmer Tanbahadur Gurung, who spent eight years in foreign employment, returned to his village and started chili cultivation, planting about 10,000 saplings. Businessman Kumar Gurung expects to earn about 10 lakh from chili sales this year, with eight people currently employed for land preparation and sapling planting.
