Nepal Deploys Over 26,000 Personnel for Monsoon Disaster Preparedness

The Nepali government has placed 26,219 security personnel, including 134 deep divers, on standby for search and rescue operations ahead of the monsoon season. According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA), these resources are prepared for mobilization across the country based on disaster needs and national response plans.
